摘要
鸡蛋因其成本低廉以及营养价值丰富,在我国传统饮食体系中占据着重要的地位。随着人口规模的不断增加,对于鸡蛋的消耗量也不断上升。为满足需求,许多养殖企业在蛋鸡养殖过程中使用过量的兽药以及添加剂,导致鸡蛋中的兽药残留,进而对食用者的身体健康造成影响。本文针对鸡蛋中兽药残留现状进行分析,研究了鸡蛋兽药残留过程中主要使用的检测技术,有助于检测技术的提升。
Because of its low cost and rich nutritional value,eggs occupy an important position in China’s traditional diet system.With the continuous increase of population,the consumption of eggs is also on the rise.In order to meet the demand,many breeding enterprises use excessive veterinary drugs and additives in the breeding process of laying hens,resulting in the formation of veterinary drug residues in eggs,and ultimately affect the health of consumers.This paper analyzes the current situation of veterinary drug residues in eggs,and then studies the main detection technology used in the process of veterinary drug residues in eggs,which is helpful to improve the detection technology.
