快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用实践

摘要 食品安全直接关系消费者的身体健康。近年来,我国食品安全问题频频发生,直接威胁了消费者的合法权益。开展食品安全监管可以有效保障我国食品安全。食品安全监管中应用快速检测技术可以最大程度确保食品安全,对于提高食品安全监管工作效率意义重大。本文分析了快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用,希望可以发挥快速检测技术的优势,更好地服务于我国食品安全监管工作,切实确保消费者的食品安全。 Food safety is directly related to consumer’s health.In recent years,food safety problems have occurred frequently in China,directly threatening the legitimate rights and interests of the consumer.Developing food safety supervision can effectively guarantee food safety in China.The application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision can ensure food safety to the greatest extent,for improving the efficiency of food safety supervision is of great significance.This paper analyzes the application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision,hoping to give full play to the advantages of rapid detection technology,better serve my country’s food safety supervision work,and effectively ensure the food safety of consumers.
