摘要
本文简要分析了气相色谱技术在食品安全检验中的优势,并以气相色谱仪在食品安全检验中的具体应用作为切入点,对食品添加剂的检验、食品农药残留的检验、食品新鲜度检验、食品包装袋检验、酒类饮品安全检验、脂肪酸和反式脂肪酸检验以及对多环芳烃的检验等方面进行了探讨,以期能够为相关人员提供参考。
The advantages of gas chromatography in food safety inspection are briefly analyzed.Taking the specific application of gas chromatography in food safety inspection as the starting point,the inspection of food additives,food pesticide residues,food freshness,food packaging bags,alcoholic and beverage safety inspection,fatty acids and trans fatty acids,and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are discussed,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
