In the current food safety detection work,potentiometric titration has become a common detection method because of its many advantages,and the research on this method is also deepening.Based on this,combined with the basic principle of potentiometric titration,this paper discusses the application direction of potentiometric titration in food safety detection,and combined with the current situation,prospects the future application of potentiometric titration in food safety detection,in order to provide reference for the further application of potentiometric titration in food detection.
