醇质体作为药物载体在经皮给药系统中的研究进展

Research progress of Ethosomes-Vesicular carrier for transdermal drug delivery systems

目的 综述了醇质体作为药物载体在经皮给药系统中的研究概况,期望为后续研究提供参考。方法 通过查阅相关文献,对醇质体的组成成分、经皮渗透性能、制备方法等进行归纳、总结,并结合现阶段醇质体在经皮给药系统中的应用研究提出展望。结果 醇质体作为一种新型经皮给药载体,具有制备方式简单、生物利用度高、毒副作用小等优点,已成为经皮给药脂质载体的研究热点之一。结论 作为新型的经皮给药载体,醇质体具有巨大的开发价值和应用潜力。

Purpose To review the applications and research progress of ethosomes as drug carriers in transdermal drug delivery systems,and to provide references for further researches.Methods The composition,transdermal permeability and preparation methods of ethosomes were summarized by consulting the related literatures of ethosomes,and the prospects of ethosomes in transdermal drug delivery systems were proposed based on the present applications.Results As a kind of novel transdermal drug delivery carriers,ethosomes have many advantages,such as simple preparation methods,high bioavailability and low side effects,and have been one of the research hotspots of transdermal lipid carriers.Conclusion As a new type of transdermal drug delivery carrier,ethosomes will have great development values and application potentials in the future.
