理解和落实《中国共产党统一战线工作条例》--以朱熹“理一分殊”方法为视角

The Research on Understanding and Implementation of Regulations of the Communist Party of China on United Front Work--From the perspective of Zhu Xi’s method of“Reason and Difference”

“理一分殊”是朱熹认识和处理世界普遍性与具体性的重要方法,其中“理一”是根本,决定事物的发展方向;“分殊”是表现形式,决定事物具体特征及行为方式。这对科学理解与落实《中国共产党统一战线工作条例》具有重要意义,主要体现于两方面:一是立足于中华民族伟大复兴的目标掌握《条例》的思想,探究各项统战工作的“分殊”规律;二是要以团结合一与具体分析相结合,立足具体情境,科学落实《条例》的思想。

The idea of universality and particularity is an important method for Zhu Zi to understand and deal with the universality and concreteness of the world.On the one hand the university is fundamental and decides the direction of development of things.On the other hand the particularity is the form of expression,which determines the specific characteristics and behavior of things.The idea is still of great significance for us to understand and implement the Xi Jin-ping’s united front ideology represented by the work of Regulations on the Work of the United Front of the Communist Party of China.This is mainly reflected in two aspects as follows:first,we must understand the connotation of Xi Jinping’s ideas on the united front,especially the true meaning of the work of Regulations on the Work of the United Front of the Communist Party of China,and explore the different rules of united front work which is based on the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Second,we should combine unity with concrete analysis,and bide by the legal system headed by the constitution.We should observe all kinds of united front objects and carry out the thought of united front in the light of Regulations on the Work of the United Front of the Communist Party of China.
