项目式教学模式的构建与实施--以省级金课“工程财务管理”为例

在“金课”“一流课程”“一流专业”背景下,如何更好地提升课程教学质量,培养适应企业需求的应用型、创新型人才是目前应用型高校普遍关注的问题。项目式教学法以“项目”为导向,激发学生的主动性,引导学生在完成项目的同时,自主实现知识的建构和能力的提升。基于“项目式教学法”重设“工程财务管理”课程体系和课程内容,构建了教学性质、教学策略、教学目标三维模型。而后从教学设计、教学实施和效果分析方面,论证了“项目式教学法”的实行有助于提升学生的自主学习和自主探索能力,使学生在获取知识的同时,技能和素养得到进一步提高。

In the context of"golden courses","first-class courses"and"first-class majors",how to better improve the quality of course teaching and cultivate applied and innovative talents that meet the needs of enterprises is a general concern of applied colleges and universities.The project-based teaching method is guided by"projects"to stimulate students'initiative and guide students to realize the construction of knowledge and the improvement of their abilities while completing the project.Based on the"project-based teaching method",this paper reconstructs the course system and content of"engineering financial management".It constructs a three-dimensional model of teaching nature,teaching strategies,and teaching goals.Then from the aspects of curriculum design,teaching implementation and effect analysis,it demonstrates that the implementation of the"project-based teaching method"helps to enhance students'independent learning and the ability to explore independently.While acquiring knowledge,students can improve their skills and accomplishments further.
