摘要
广佛同城发展战略由来已久,但广佛交界地带尤其是北部地区融合发展进程较为缓慢。以广佛“1+4”高质量融合发展试验区之一“白云—南海”试验区为例,基于GIS平台结合POI大数据和密度分析对试验区范围内“三生空间”现状分布格局进行解析,并结合多时相卫星影像对比分析解读试验区空间形态生长演变历程,深度剖析该区域生产、生活、生态三类现状分布格局及时空分异特征。研究发现:结合POI大数据分析和城市规划相关辅助数据联合解读,可以实现对区域“三生空间”现状分布特征快速扫描式体检;跨边界区域空间形态生长特征由于自然阻碍和行政管制与普通城乡结合部地区蔓延式发展有区别;通过对比分析十年前后白云试验区土地利用现状调研GIS数据库发现整体用地结构变化不大,三生空间变化并不显著。结合试验区范围“三生空间”存在产业合作和交通联系不足、生态破碎化等问题,提出“三生融合”即跨行政边界区域产业、生活及生态协同发展策略的相关思考。
The development strategy of Guangzhou-Foshan Integration has a long history,but the integration development process in the border area of Guangzhou and Foshan,especially in the northern region is relatively slow.The"1+4"integration pilot area in the border area of Guangzhou-Foshan is an important platform for Guangzhou-Foshan strategic cooperation,and also a typical semi-urbanized area with mixed urban and rural landscapes.Taking the"Baiyun-Nanhai"pilot area as an example,we explain he Spatio-temporal Differentiation Characteristics of"Production-living-ecological Space"based on the GIS combined with POI big data analysis,combined with the comparative analysis of multi-temporal satellite images we interpret the growth and evolution process of the pilot area’s spatial morphology.We found that:1)Combining with POI big data analysis and urban planning-related auxiliary data joint interpretation can achieve a rapid scanning physical examination of the current distribution characteristics of the regional"Production-living-ecological Space".2)The spatial growth characteristics of cross-border areas are due to natural obstacles and administrative control and ordinary urban and rural areas.There are differences in the sprawling development of the junction area.3)Through a comparative GIS analysis of the land use status of the Baiyun Pilot Area within ten years,the overall land structure has not changed much,and the"Production-living-ecological Space"change is not significant.Therefore,combining with the problems of industrial cooperation,insufficient transportation links,and ecological fragmentation in the"Production-living-ecological Space",the"Production-living-ecological Integration"is proposed to think about the coordinated development strategy of industry,life and ecology across administrative boundaries.
