从“道路”到“街道”——长沙市解放路空间品质提升实践

Practice of Spatial Quality Improvement from "Road" to "Street" in Jiefang Road of Changsha City

随着经济和社会的发展,公众对街道空间品质的要求在不断增加。以往片面注重机动车通行的道路已经难以满足居民对街道生活和社区归属感的向往,迫切需要推动道路从“以车为本”向“以人为本”转变。以长沙市解放路空间品质提升项目为例,结合长沙市民出行需求的变化,从认知理念的升级入手,系统性的分析了街道品质提升的整体思路,并以问题为导向、目标做引领提出品质提升的策略和措施。指出街道应增强其复合功能,形成安全有序、绿色低碳、活力特色的完整环境空间。

With the development of economy and society,the public demand for the spatial quality of street is increasing.The roads that used to pay too much attention to motor vehicles have been unable to satisfy the residents'longing for street life and community belonging.It is urgent to promote the transformation of roads from"car oriented"to"people oriented".Taking the spatial quality improvement project of Jiefang Road in Changsha as an example,combined with the change of travel needs of the citizens in Changsha,starting from the upgrading of cognitive concept,the overall thinking of street quality improvement is systematically analyzed.And by being problem-oriented and goal-oriented,the strategies and measures for the quality improvement are put forward.It is pointed out that the composite function of street should be enhanced to form a safe and orderly,green,low-carbon and complete environmental space with dynamic characteristics.
