摘要
结合深圳恒大中心基坑支护工程,探讨了超深超硬入岩地下连续墙成槽施工过程中的关键技术;在项目施工中,采用了适合超深超硬地质的旋-抓-铣成槽施工工艺,并研发出可以有效控制成槽垂直度的特殊引孔方法,从而克服了超深超硬入岩地下连续墙施工效率低、成槽垂直度差的关键难题。相关的成槽技术可为超深超硬入岩地下连续墙的成槽施工提供参考。
Combined with the Shenzhen Evergrande Center Foundation Pit Supporting Project,the key technologies in the construction of ultra-deep and ultra-hard underground diaphragm wall are discussed.In the project construction,the rotating-gripping-milling slotting construction technology suitable for the ultra-deep and ultra-hard geology is adopted,and a special pilot hole method is developed able to effectively control the slotting verticality,which overcame the key problems of low construction efficiency and poor slotting verticality of ultra-deep and ultra-hard underground diaphragm walls.The relevant slotting technology can provide reference for the slotting construction of ultra-deep and super-hard rock underground diaphragm wall.
