摘要
环氧沥青混合料作为典型的桥面铺装材料被广泛应用于钢桥面建设中,但长期的重载交通和温度荷载会降低其耐久性和疲劳寿命。研究采用外掺玄武岩纤维的方式来提升环氧沥青混合料性能,通过对不同掺量(0%、0.2%、0.4%~1%)玄武岩纤维环氧沥青混合料路用性能试验分析,结果表明:玄武岩纤维以三维网状结构分散在沥青混合料中,能够有效增强混合料内部骨料和胶浆的嵌挤效果,0.6%玄武岩纤维能够显著提升沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能。
As a typical bridge deck paving material,the epoxy asphalt mixture is widely used in the construction of steel bridge decks,but the long-term heavy traffic and temperature loads will reduce its durability and fatigue life.The method of adding basalt fiber is studied to use for improving the performance of epoxy asphalt mixture.Through the test and analysis of the pavement performances of basalt fiber epoxy asphalt mixture with the different contents(0%,0.2%,~1%),the research shows that basalt fibers are dispersed in the asphalt mixture in the three-dimensional network structure,which can effectively enhance the intercalating squeezing effects of the aggregate and mortar within the mixture.0.6%basalt fiber can significantly improve the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance of the asphalt mixture.
