长大双层隧道重点排烟系统可靠性研究

摘要 双层隧道受限于盾构尺寸及周边环境条件,其通风及排烟条件不佳。如何确保工程通风消防安全是确保工程运营安全必须要解决的问题。现通过目前已通车的国内长度最长的双层隧道工程——上海北横通道工程开展相关研究。该工程在阻塞工况下采用了重点排烟方案,特别是下层排烟风道受结构空间尺寸的制约,设置条件非常局促。为验证该重点排烟系统的可靠性,通过采用数值模拟、模型试验等手段进行多工况的计算、分析、对比,确定重点排烟相关设计参数,并验证了排烟效果,确保隧道火灾工况下人员疏散安全。 The double-decked tunnel is limited by the shield size and the surrounding environmental conditions,and its ventilation and fume exhaust conditions are not good.How to ensure the ventilation and fire safety of project is a problem that must be solved to ensure the operation safety of the project.The relevant study on the longest double-decked tunnel project in China-Shanghai Beiheng Channel opened for traffic is carried out.The key fume exhaust scheme is adopted in this project under blocking conditions,especially the lower fume exhaust duct is restricted by the structural space size,and the setting conditions are very cramped.In order to verify the reliability of the key fume exhaust system,through the calculation,analysis and comparison of multiple working conditions by the methods of numerical simulation and model test,the relevant design parameters of the key fume exhaust are determined,and the fume exhaust effect is verified in order to ensure the safety of personnel evacuation under the tunnel fire conditions.
