桥梁弧形钢阻尼装置与工程应用

摘要 以桥梁钢制阻尼装置减震为技术背景,提出一种新型弧形钢阻尼装置。该装置由运营模块和阻尼模块两部分组成,与以往钢阻尼装置相比,在不干扰桥梁结构正常使用状态受力的情况下,装置空间普适性和工程可实践性更强,成本优势更加明显。针对阻尼模块中的钢制弧形元件,开展了足尺模型试验,检验了阻尼元件的水平滞回行为。试验结果表明,弧形阻尼元件滞回耗能特性良好。最后,以一座典型的斜拉桥为例,介绍了新装置的工程实践情况,可供相关专业人员参考。 Taking the shock absorption of bridge steel damping device as the technical background,a new arc-shaped damping device is proposed.This device consists of two parts:operation module and damping module.Compared with the previous steel damping device,this device has the stronger space universality,engineering practicability and more obvious cost advantage without disturbing the stress of the bridge structure in the normal use state.For the steel arc-shaped element in the damping module,a full-scale model experiment is carried out to test the hysteretic behavior of the damper in the horizontal direction.The experimental results show that the arc-shaped damper has good hysteretic energy dissipation characteristics.Finally,taking a typical cable-stayed bridge as an example,the engineering practice of the new device is introduced,which provides the reference for the majority of designers.
