摘要
近年来,随着国家绿色、优质及创新理念的推进和发展,在综合管廊的建设中,预制拼装技术的占比逐年增高,它克服了现浇地下综合管廊在施工、运营方面的诸多不足。地下综合管廊及其构筑物作为地下工程,防水措施可靠一直是人们所关注的核心,而作为具有更多拼缝和接头的预制拼装管廊,其防水问题更为突出。现通过对采用不同拼装方式的矩形、圆形、梨形等预制拼装综合管廊的防水技术进行分析和讨论,探究了模块化管廊多种拼接缝和变形缝的防水措施,重点讨论了管廊组合结构形式、防水工艺、防水材料及其防水性能,总结提出合理有效的防水成套技术,并分析其经济效益。该研究成果在一定程度上改善了预制拼装管廊的防水性能,有望在模块化预制拼装管廊、地铁管片拼装等类似工程应用中推广。
In recent years,with the promotion and development of the national green,high quality and innovative concept,the proportion of prefabricated assembly technology in the construction of utility tunnel is increasing year by year,which overcomes many deficiencies in the construction and operation of the cast-in-site underground utility tunnel.As an underground engineering,the reliable waterproof measures of the underground utility tunnel and its structures have always been the core of the people's concern.And as a prefabricated assembled utility tunnel with more seams and joints,its waterproof problem is more prominent.The waterproof technologies of prefabricated assembled utility tunnels in the different rectangular,circular,pear-shaped assemble methods are analyzed and discussed.The waterproof measures of the multiple assemble seams and deformation joints of modularized utility tunnel are studied.The structure form,waterproof technology,waterproof material and waterproof performance of utility tunnel grouping are discussed.The reasonable and effective waterproof packaged technology is summarized and proposed.And its economic benefits are analyzed.The research results can improve the waterproof performance of prefabricated assembled utility tunnel,which is hopeful to promote and apply in the modularized prefabricated utility tunnel,subway segment assemble and the similar projects.
