中等收入群体规模扩大的现实困境及其制度完善

共同富裕的实现,需要显著扩大中等收入群体规模。中等收入群体显著扩大是共同富裕的重要标志,中等收入群体是实现共同富裕的主体力量。然而,我国当前中等收入群体规模偏小。依据马克思主义的唯物史观,扩大中等收入群体规模依赖那些奋斗的低收入群体,他们若要实现收入上的跨越,需要依靠合理且不断完善的分配制度,以及具有创业的机会和能力,外加接受一定程度的教育等。但是,在分配、创业和教育等许多方面上均存在一定困境亟待解决,需要在法治层面得到回应。

To achieve common prosperity,it is necessary to significantly expand the middle-income group.The significant expansion of the middle-income group is an important symbol of common prosperity,the middle-income group is the main force for achieving common prosperity,and the current situation in China is that the middle-income group is relatively small.According to the historical materialism of Marxism,expanding the middle-income group depends on those struggling low-income groups.If they achieve a leap in income,they need to rely on a reasonable and constantly improving distribution system,as well as having the opportunity and ability to start a business,plus accepting certain level of education,etc.However,there are certain difficulties in many aspects such as distribution,entrepreneurship and education that need to be solved urgently,which need to be responded to at the level of the rule of law.To this end,it is necessary to take legal measures such as improving the distribution system,guaranteeing entrepreneurship in accordance with the law and improving the education system.
