复合筒型基础拖航过程中受力监测与分析

摘要 本文针对响水风电场25#机位复合筒型基础工程实例的拖航过程中在基础结构内埋置钢筋计和混凝土计得到的应力应变监测数据,对复合筒型基础在拖航过程当中的基础结构的应力应变状态、应力应变变化特点进行了数据处理和分析,揭示出了复合筒型基础结构在拖航过程中基础整体的工作性能、应力应变分布状态及其变化特点,得到了基础不同部位及构件的应力应变特点及变化情况,为筒型基础生产制作以及基础的拖航提供实际工程资料和参考价值。 Composite bucket foundation is an important solution to reduce the production cost of offshore wind power,which has been paid attention to and applied on a large scale in practical engineering.In this paper,the stress and strain monitoring data obtained by embedding reinforcement meter and concrete meter in the foundation structure during the towing of the composite bucket foundation in the project of Xiangshui Wind Farm 25#stand.The data processing and analysis are carried out for the stress-strain state and stress-strain change characteristics of the foundation structure of the composite bucket foundation during the towing process,the general working performance,stress-strain distribution state and change characteristics of the foundation during the towing process are revealed,and the stress-strain characteristics and changes of different parts and components of the foundation are obtained,It provides valuable practical engineering data and reference value for the production of barrel foundation and the towing of foundation.
