摘要
高桩梁板式码头面板分为预制叠合板和全现浇板两种结构型式,各有优缺点。结合孟加拉某码头面板施工图细化设计,介绍了一种通过有限元模型“点对点”对比求全现浇板与叠合板施工期面板最大内力偏差的方法,可间接获得叠合板方案在运营期的面板内力;对面板配筋进行复核验算及裂缝控制验算,均满足ACI 318规范[1]要求;采用预制叠合板优化方案降低施工难度、加快施工速度、节省工程造价,工程效果好。
The panels of beam-slab piled structure are divided into pre-fabricated laminated slab and cast-in-situ slab,each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages.Based on the optimization of the detailed design for wharf panel in Bangladesh,an introduction is made to the method for calculating the maximum deviation of internal force by building finite element model and conducting point-to-point comparison of cast-in-situ slab and laminated slab during the construction period.Its application indirectly products the internal force of the laminated slab during the operation period.Recheck of slab reinforcement and crack control calculation could satisfy the requirements specified in ACI 318[1].The optimum design of pre-fabricated laminated slab reduces the construction difficulty,accelerates the construction,lowers the cost,and achieves good engineering effect.
