唐山港矿石运输对腹地产业发展的匹配性研究

摘要 自2016年起,京津冀地区钢铁产业在环保压力下,逐渐进入集中布局、清洁生产的新常态。本文结合唐山、秦皇岛地区钢铁产能“减量置换、退成近郊”方案和上水矿石疏港“公转铁”计划,分块区分析了京唐港区、曹妃甸港区对炼铁产能的辐射能力,在此基础上探讨两港区矿石上水及疏运系统对唐秦地区炼铁产能的综合匹配性,提出更好服务区域钢铁产业经济发展的对策、建议。 Since 2016,new practice of centralized layout and clean production gradually prevails in the steel industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the pressure of environmental protection.Based on the strategy of steel capacity optimization by decrement,replacement,withdrawal from cities and relocating to suburbs,which is adopted in Tangshan-Qinhuangdao region,as well as the plan of unloading ore in port,distributing them out of port,with the freight way from highway to railway,analysis is carried out for the radiation of Jingtang harbor and Caofeidian harbor over iron-smelting capacity.The result supports the discussion on the adaptability of ore unloading and distribution systems at the above harbors to the iron-smelting capacity in Tangshan-Qinhuangdao region.In addition,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to serve the economic development of regional steel industry better.
