摘要
由于环保要求,某工程吹填尾水无法直排入河,因此采用泄水口+排水明渠排水施工方案。根据实际工况及相关规范,考虑吹填设计参数、现场地形特点、绞吸船吹填施工时的流量情况、降雨情况及潮位变动情况,提出了泄水口及排水明渠设计总体思路并给定了技术参数,通过理论计算验证了设计参数的可行性及安全性。同时,根据现场条件,总结并分析了吹填区围堰、泄水口及排泥管线布设主要施工过程控制要点,施工过程中应加以重视以规避相应风险。
According to relevant environmental protection requirements,it was forbidden to discharge dredger-filled sewage directly into river.Therefore,the combination of drain outlet and gutter drainage was adopted as the construction plan in a project.Based on actual working conditions and relevant specifications,the following issues were taking into account,including design dredger-fill parameters,field topographic features,flow rate,rainfall and tidal fluctuation during the construction of a cutter suction dredger.Finally general design idea of drain outlet and gutter drainage was put forward,complete with the corresponding technical parameters,which were verified feasible and safe by the theoretical calculation.Meanwhile,field conditions were studied to summarize and analyze the control essentials for main construction processes involving in cofferdam,drain outlet and the layout of mud discharge pipeline within the range of reclamation area.In addition,more attention should be paid to the construction process so as to be away from risks.
