摘要
沙棘是世界上含有天然维生素种类最多的珍贵经济林树种,其维生素C含量远远高于被誉为天然维生素宝库的鲜枣和猕猴桃。本文对天然食品沙棘相关的文献数据进行分析,挖掘天然食品沙棘的研究热点和未来研究方向。通过使用CiteSpace V5.8.R3等软件对中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)中天然食品沙棘年发文量、期刊、基金、作者、机构和关键词进行文献计量分析,得出以下结果:食品沙棘研究的年发文量呈稳定上升趋势,支持项目最多的基金为国家自然科学基金,主要作者为任勰珂和刘义,食品沙棘的主要研究机构为贵州食品工程职业学院,食品沙棘的研究热点包括食品沙棘的抗氧化、沙棘果油、营养、产业化和工艺优化等。
Sea-buckthorn is currently the world’s most valuable economic forest tree species containing natural vitamins, and its vitamin C content is much higher than that of fresh jujube and kiwifruit, which is known as the treasure house of natural vitamins. In this paper, the literature data related to natural food sea-buckthorn were analyzed, and the research hotspots and future research directions of natural food sea-buckthorn were explored. By using CiteSpace V5.8.R3 and other software to conduct the literature quantitative analysis on the annual published volume, journals, funds, authors,institutions and key words of natural food sea-buckthorn in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), we have drawn the following results: the annual published volume of food sea-buckthorn research shows a stable rising trend. The National Natural Science Foundation of China was the fund with the most supporting projects. The main authors were Ren Xieke and Liu Yi. The main research institution of sea-buckthorn food was Guizhou Vocational College of Foodstuff Engineering.Research hotspots of sea-buckthorn food included antioxidant of sea-buckthorn food, sea-buckthorn fruit oil, nutrition,industrialization and process optimization.
