摘要
目前微生物的数量已超过10万种,而且数目还在不断增加,不同种类的微生物有不同的特性,可根据这些特性进行鉴别,本文介绍并分别列举了生化鉴定技术在食品微生物检测中的应用。
At present,the number of microorganisms is more than 100000 kinds,and the number is still increasing,different kinds of microorganisms have different characteristics,which can be identified according to these characteristics.This paper introduces and lists the application of biochemical identification in food microbiological detection.
