关于豆腐生产加工小作坊的监管现状及发展方向研究

摘要 豆腐是我国的特色食品,其制品品种繁多,生产工艺和风味不同。本文依据豆腐生产加工小作坊的现状,从生产环境、生产设备、生产加工过程和市场销售等方面分析豆腐生产加工小作坊监管存在的问题,并提出相关策略,以期提高豆腐生产加工小作坊的管理水平,保障豆腐的质量安全。 Tofu is a special food in China,its wide variety of products,production technology and flavor are different.According to the current situation of small tofu production and processing workshops,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the supervision of small tofu production and processing workshops from the aspects of production environment,production equipment,production and processing process and market sales,and puts forward relevant strategies,in order to improve the management level of small tofu production and processing workshops and ensure the quality and safety of tofu.
