摘要
随着食品制造工业不断发展,食品卫生已成为了人们广泛关注的问题。食品检验是保证食品质量的关键,但当前检验检测工作还存在缺陷,相关部门应健全检验监管制度,提高从业人员的整体能力和创新意识,完善检测技术、加强检测仪器、食品检测及食品监管等措施,确保食品质量与安全。
With the continuous development of food manufacturing industry,food hygiene has become a common concern of the whole society.Food inspection is the key to ensure food quality,but there are still defects in the current inspection and testing work.Relevant departments should improve the inspection and supervision system,improve the overall ability and innovation consciousness of employees,improve testing technology,strengthen testing instruments,food testing,food supervision and other measures to ensure quality and safety.
