白芸豆提取物的减肥作用实验研究及其机理初探 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究白芸豆提取物的减肥作用及其机理。方法:60只SD大鼠,随机选择10只作为正常对照组,剩余50只采用饲喂高脂饲料诱导肥胖模型大鼠,选取40只模型成功大鼠随机分为模型对照组和白芸豆提取物低、中、高剂量组(0.015 g·kg^(-1)、0.030 g·kg^(-1)、0.045 g·kg^(-1))。正常对照组和模型对照组给予蒸馏水,白芸豆提取物3个剂量组给予不同剂量的受试物,每天1次,连续6周。试验期间,正常对照组大鼠饲喂普通饲料,其余组别大鼠饲喂高脂饲料,记录大鼠进食量。每两周记录一次大鼠体重,末次给药后,大鼠腹主动脉取血,检测血清中总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C)含量。解剖大鼠,称量脂肪湿重,计算脂肪系数(Fat Coefficient,FC)。结果:给药期间所有组别大鼠之间进食量无显著差异(P>0.05);实验结束时,白芸豆提取物3个剂量组大鼠体重较模型对照组显著降低,白芸豆提取物3个剂量组Lee’s指数与模型对照组均有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),且随受试物浓度增大,降低越明显;与模型对照组比,白芸豆提取物中、高剂量组TC、TG、LDL-C含量降低,HDL-C含量上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。白芸豆提取物低、中、高剂量组大鼠脂肪湿重和FC均显著降低,与模型组相比具有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:白芸豆提取物能减轻肥胖大鼠体重,减少体内脂肪堆积,调节脂质代谢,能起到良好的减肥作用。 Objective:To explore the weight loss effect and its mechanism of white kidney bean extract on obesity rats.Method:A total of sixty SD rats were selected.Ten rats were randomly selected as normal control group.The remaining fifty rats were fed with high-fat diet to induce obesity rats.Forty successful model rats were randomly divided into model control group and low,medium and high dose groups of white kidney bean extract(0.015 g·kg^(-1),0.030 g·kg^(-1),0.045 g·kg^(-1)).The normal control group and model control group were given distilled water,and the three dose groups of white kidney bean extract were given different doses of test substance once a day for 6 weeks.During the experiment,the rats in the normal control group were fed with ordinary diet,the rats in other groups were fed with high-fat diet,and the diet intake of rats was recorded.The body weight of rats was recorded every two weeks.After the last administration,the blood of abdominal aorta was taken to detect the contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in serum.The rats were dissected,the wet weight of fat was weighed,and the fat coefficient(FC)was calculated.Result:There was no significant difference in food intake among all groups during administration(P>0.05);at the end of the experiment,the body weight of rats in the three dose groups of white kidney bean extract was significantly lower than that in the model control group.The Lee’s index in the three dose groups of white kidney bean extract was significantly different from that in the model control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the decrease was more obvious with the increase of the concentration of the test substance.Compared with the model control group,the contents of TC,TG and LDL-C decreased and the content of HDL-C increased in the middle and high dose groups of white kidney bean extract(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The fat wet weight and FC of rats in the low,medium and high dose groups of white kidney bean extract were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The extract of white kidney bean can reduce body weight,reduce body fat accumulation,regulate lipid metabolism and play a good role in reducing weight in obesity rats.
