摘要
在流通领域和餐饮领域对海水鱼、淡水鱼及其暂养水进行了随机抽样,用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分别进行多种兽药残留含量的检测。结果显示,在鱼及其暂养水中检测出了磺胺类物质、恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、呋喃西林、氟苯尼考和氯霉素等多种兽药残留。此外,淡水鱼检出兽药残留的批次明显比海水鱼多,但两者的暂养水兽残检出情况并无明显差别。
Marine fish and freshwater fish and their correspondingrelaying water were sampled from circulation domain and catering field,and then the contents of veterinary drugresiduesin them were detected by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The results showed that sulfonamides,enrofloxacin,norfloxacin,ofloxacin,furacilin,florfenicol and chloramphenicol were detected in the fish andrelaying water.There are more batches of veterinary drug residues detected from freshwater fish than from marine fish.but no significant difference between their relaying water.
