Comparison of Contents of Nitrites in Table Salt Determined by Respectively Using New 10-Channel Multi-functuional Food-Safety Detector as well as National Standard Method

利用研发的10通道多功能食品检测仪和国家标准方法测定了市场上购买的食盐中亚硝酸盐的含量,比较了多功能食品检测仪与国家标准方法测定的结果。结果显示,10通道食品多功能检测仪用于检测食盐中的亚硝酸盐是一种快速、可靠的检测方法。

By respectively using our newly developed 10-channel multi-functional food-safety detector as well as national standard method,content of nitrites in table salt were determined,and the results were compared.The results show that 10-channel multi-functional food-safety detector ptovides a quick and reliable method for testing of nitrites in table salt.
