UPLC-MS/MS法测定食品中非法添加调节胃肠功能类化合物

摘要 目的:建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定食品中非法添加5种调节胃肠功能化学物质的分析方法。方法:样品经甲醇超声提取后,采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)RRHD色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)分离,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱。电喷雾离子源(ESI)正离子扫描,以多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测。结果:5种非法添加物在1~200 ng·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.995,平均回收率为82.3%~108.9%,相对标准偏差<7.0%,5种化合物的检出限为0.05μg·g^(-1)。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确和高效,可作为食品中非法添加化学物质的定性定量检测方法,填补非法添加筛查领域的技术空白。 Objective:An analytical method was developed for the determination of five illegally added for regulating gastrointestinal function into foods by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.Method:After ultrasonic extracted by methanol,the sample was separated on Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)RRHD(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)column with gradient elution using a mobile phase of 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution and methanol.All the compounds were detected by electrospray ion source in positive mode with multiple reactions monitoring(MRM)mode.Result:The 5 compounds showed good linear relationship during the range 1~200 ng·mL^(-1).The correlation coefficients of the standard calibration curves were all above 0.995,the average recoveries of 5 compounds were 82.3%~108.9%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 7.0%,the limits of detection were 0.05μg·g^(-1)for the 5 compounds.Conclusion:The method proves to be simple,rapid,sensitive,efficient and accurate,which could be used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of illegally added chemicals in improving gastrointestinal function foods.
