摘要
本文对富氧下半焦和秸秆混燃交互作用开展了实验研究,结果表明,掺混秸秆对挥发分混燃阶段交互作用影响相对较弱,对固定碳混燃阶段交互作用影响显著,提高掺混比例会增强固定碳混燃阶段交互作用.与线性计算曲线相比,在O_(2)/N_(2)气氛下挥发分混燃阶段实验反应速率曲线有所提前,而在O_(2)/CO_(2)气氛下滞后;两种气氛下固定碳混燃阶段实验反应速率曲线都明显提前.O_(2)/CO_(2)气氛下增加氧体积分数或提高制焦温度都会轻微增强挥发分混燃阶段交互作用、显著减弱固定碳混燃阶段交互作用.
In this paper,the combustion interaction between semi-coke and biomass straw in oxy-fuel condition was studied experimentally.Results show that the blending straw has a relatively weak effect on the combustion interaction at the volatile co-firing stage,but it has a significant effect on the combustion interaction at the fixed-carbon co-firing stage,and increasing the mixing ratio will enhance the combustion interaction at the fixed-carbon co-firing stage.Compared with the linear calculation results,the experimental results of the thermogravimetric curve at the volatile co-firing stage are advanced in the O_(2)/N_(2)atmosphere,but delayed in the O_(2)/CO_(2)atmosphere.The experimental results of the thermogravimetric curves at the fixed-carbon co-firing stage in these two atmos-pheres are significantly ahead of the linear calculated values.In the O_(2)/CO_(2)atmosphere,with the increase in the oxygen volume fraction or semi-coke temperature,the combustion interaction at the volatile co-firing stage is slightly enhanced,while that at the fixed-carbon co-firing stage is significantly weakened.
