摘要
推广无碳燃料是实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的重要举措,氨气具有基础设施完善、安全性高等优势.数值模拟在燃机设计、开发中承担重要作用,燃烧模型对计算对象的适应性非常重要,影响计算精度和效率.本文针对氨气旋流火焰,基于OpenFOAM开展了氨气旋流火焰标准化实验及模拟工作,对比了FGM燃烧模型和DTF燃烧模型在氨气旋流火焰燃烧室流场、火焰结构及污染物预测等方面的性能.通过综合分析,给出了模型选用建议,为氨发动机燃烧室和氨燃烧器仿真计算提供参考.
Promoting the use of carbon free fuel is an effective way to achieve the goal of“carbon peaking,carbon neutrality”.As a carbon free fuel,ammonia gas has advantages such as perfect infrastructure and high safety.Nu-merical simulation plays an important role in the design and development of gas turbines,and the adaptability of combustion models to the calculation object is important,affecting the calculation accuracy and calculation effi-ciency.Aimed at the ammonia swirling flame,the standardization experiment and simulation of ammonia swirling flame were carried out based on the open source platform OpenFOAM.The performances of FGM combustion model and DTF combustion model in the flow field,flame structure and pollutant prediction were compared.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis,the suggestions for model selection are given,providing reference for the simu-lation and calculation of ammonia-fueled engine combustors and ammonia-fueled burners.
