摘要
目的探讨机械振动排痰在接受气道通气治疗新生儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月在德阳市人民医院接受气道通气治疗的89例新生儿为研究对象,按照入院顺序对其进行分组,将2019年1-12月收治的43例患儿列入对照组,将2020年1-12月收治的46例患儿列入观察组,对照组采用人工叩背排痰,观察组采用机械振动排痰,比较两组气道通气时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间及血气分析指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、pH及呼吸频率(RR)]水平。结果观察组气道通气时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预10 d后,两组PaO_(2)、pH均高于干预前,PaCO_(2)、RR均低于干预前,且观察组PaO_(2)、pH均高于对照组,PaCO_(2)、RR均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机械振动排痰在接受气道通气治疗的新生儿中的应用效果确切,可有效改善患儿的通气状态,促进痰液排出,维持患儿机体酸碱平衡,缓解缺氧状况,并可加速患儿病情恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of mechanical vibration expectoration in neonates receiving airway ventilation.Methods A total of 89 neonates who received airway ventilation in Deyang People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into groups according to the order of admission.The children were included in the control group,and 46 children who were treated from January to December 2020 were included in the observation group.The control group was treated with manual percussion back for expectoration,and the observation group was treated with mechanical vibration for expectoration.The airway ventilation time,lung Partial rales disappearance time,hospital stay and blood gas analysis indexes[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),pH and respiratory rate(RR)]levels.Results The airway ventilation time,pulmonary rales disappearance time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).PaCO_(2)and RR were lower than those before intervention,and PaO_(2)and pH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCO_(2)and RR were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of mechanical vibration expectoration in neonates receiving airway ventilation is exact,it can effectively improve the ventilation state of children,promote sputum discharge,maintain the acid-base balance of children's body,relieve hypoxia,and accelerate the The patient recovered.
