基于增强现实的心墙堆石坝碾压施工过程可视化研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对现有的心墙堆石坝碾压施工过程可视化研究主要依靠虚拟现实方法,无法结合实际施工场景进行可视化分析,同时虚拟三维场景的构建消耗资源多且与实际施工场景有较大差别的问题,提出基于增强现实的心墙堆石坝碾压施工过程可视化方法。通过碾压轨迹的绘制来构建虚拟施工场景;借助摄像头与相机云台,通过坐标转换实现相机参数获取与虚拟相机注册;将摄像头采集的真实施工过程图像与虚拟施工场景通过跟踪注册进行虚实融合,结合实时监控、Web Service、射线检测、碰撞检测等技术,将获取的施工进度、施工质量等信息与真实施工场景进行耦合,实现增强现实环境下心墙堆石坝碾压施工过程的可视化展示与交互分析。此方法为施工管理人员结合现场实际对碾压施工过程进行分析管理提供了有效手段,提高了碾压施工过程管理的信息化、可视化水平。 Aiming at the problems that the existing studies on the visualization of rolling construction process of rockfill dam with core wall mainly rely on the method of virtual reality,and then cannot carry out the relevant visualized analysis in combination with the actual construction scenes,meanwhile,the construction of virtual 3-D scene consumes a lot of resources and is quite different from the actual construction scenes,an augmented reality-based method for visualizing the rolling construction process of rockfill dam with core wall is propose herein.By which a virtual construction scene is constructed through drawing the rolling trajectory,while the camera parameter acquisition and virtual camera registration are realized through coordinate transformation by means of camera and camera pan tilt.The fusion of virtual and real scenes between the real construction process image collected by camera and the virtual construction scene is made through tracking registration,and then the visual display and the interactive analysis of the rolling construction process of rockfill dam with core wall in augmented reality environment are realized through coupling the obtained information such as construction progress,construction quality,etc.with the real construction scene in combination with the techniques of real-time monitoring,Web Service,radiographic testing,collision detection,etc.This method provides an effective means for the relevant construction management personnel to analyze and manage the rolling construction process,thus the informatized and visualized levels of the rolling construction process management are improved.
