童趣化护理干预对减弱学龄前斜视患儿苏醒期躁动的效果研究

Effect of childlike nursing intervention on reducing agitation in awakening period of preschool children with strabismus

目的探讨学龄前斜视患儿在围术期实施童趣化护理干预对减弱苏醒期躁动的效果。方法选取2021年5月至8月在郑州大学第一附属医院间手术室行斜视手术的87例学龄前患儿,随机抽签法分为干预组43例和对照组44例。对照组实施常规护理干预,干预组在常规护理基础上实施童趣化护理干预。比较两组术前焦虑程度、苏醒期躁动程度、术后行为改变情况及术后不良事件发生率。结果干预组入手术室时焦虑量表评分、苏醒期躁动评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后行为改变率为37.2%,低于对照组77.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.28,P<0.01);术后不良事件的发生率为4.7%,低于对照组47.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.75,P<0.01)。结论童趣化护理干预可有效缓解患儿术前焦虑情绪、减少苏醒期躁动,降低术后不良事件发生率,有助于患儿术后的快速康复。

Objective To explore the effect of childlike nursing intervention on reducing agitation in awakening period of preschool children with strabismus.Methods 87 preschool children who underwent strabismus surgery in the operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May to August 2021 by sortition randomization method into 43 cases in the intervention group and 44 cases in the control group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group implemented childlike nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of preoperative anxiety,the degree of agitation in the recovery period,the changes of postoperative behavior and the incidence of postoperative adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results When the intervention group entered the operating room,the scores of anxiety scale and agitation in awakening period were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The postoperative behavior change rate was 37.2%,which was lower than 77.3%in the control group(χ^(2)=14.28,P<0.01);The incidence of postoperative adverse events was 4.7%,which was lower than 47.7%in the control group(χ^(2)=20.75,P<0.01).Conclusion Childlike nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the preoperative anxiety of children,reduce the agitation in the recovery period,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events,and contribute to the rapid recovery of children after operation.
