社区研究的本土化之路与中国特色社区建设的实践创新

A Localized Path for Community Researches and Innovation in Practice in Community Construction with Chinese Characteristics

中国的社区研究长期以来作为社会学的一个重要研究领域,具有鲜明的本土化色彩,而社区建设和社区治理更是体现中国特色社会学研究的一个典型方面。社区建设是随着改革开放以来社会治理体制改革与发展的现实要求而发展起来的,是适应国家社会建设和社会治理现代化发展的需要而不断发展完善的。其突出特征表现为社区建设主要是政府力量主导推动的“自上而下”行动过程,社会学研究者立足于中国社区建设的本土问题和实践开展了大量理论和经验研究,在总结和发展具有中国特色的社区建设和社区治理理论上取得了较大进展,研究呈现出突出的政策性和实践性特征,也体现了理论创新与社会实践密切结合的重要性。

As an important research area of social sciences in China,community research has long been characterized with its local features,community construction and community treatment in particular demonstrating a typical aspect of sociological studies with Chinese characteristics.Community construction came into being with social treatment mechanism reform and development from reform and opening up,improving and perfecting itself as an adjustment to the requirement of modernization in socialist construction and social treatment.Its typical feature is mainly found in the government taking the “top-bottom” actions to promote community construction.Large amounts of theoretical and empirical researches are done by socialists based on local issues and practices in China’s community construction,considerable theoretical improvements having been made in the fields of social construction and social treatment with Chinese characteristics,researches featured by conspicuous policy and practice characters,demonstrating the significance of theoretical innovation being combined with social practice.
