电子纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗术在儿童大叶性肺炎中的治疗效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察电子纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗术对儿童大叶性肺炎治疗效果。方法选取收治的176例(95例行电子纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗术,81例未行电子纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗术)大叶性肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用抽签法从2组中各选取50例儿童大叶性肺炎的临床资料。结果观察组病原学检查阳性率(7%)高于对照组(1%)。观察组在住院天数、总热程及咳嗽症状好转时间上均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组显效病例为46例,有效病例4例;对照组显效病例为18例,有效病例20例,无效病例有12例,观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.395,P<0.05)。结论大叶性肺炎患儿行电子纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗术辅助治疗,既能有效缩短热程、住院天数,又能减轻咳嗽严重程度,提高治愈率。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electronic fiber bronchoscope for alveolar lavage in children with lobar pneumonia.Methods A total of 176 patients(95 cases underwent electronic fiber bronchoscopy alveolar lavage,81 cases without electronic fiber bronchoscope alveolar lavage)were selected.Children with lobar pneumonia were the subjects of the study.The clinical data of 50 cases of lobar pneumonia in children were randomly selected from each of the two groups by lottery.Results The positive rate of etiological examination in the observation group(7%)was higher than that in the control group(1%);The hospitalization days,total heat duration and cough symptom improvement time were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);In observation group,there were 46 markedly effective cases,four cases was effective;In control group,18 markedly effective cases,20 cases was effective,and 12 cases was ineffective.The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.395,P<0.05).Conclusion In children with lobar pneumonia,the adjuvant treatment of alveolar lavage under electronic fiber bronchoscopy can effectively shorten the fever time and hospital stay,reduce the severity of cough,and improve the cure rate.
