摘要 白云岩砂化是一种特殊的不良地质现象,砂化白云岩具有易碎、粒径细等特点。在断层、断层影响带或接触带附近,受地下水影响的砂化白云岩与泥岩互层硐室的施工中,发生突泥涌砂的概率极大。为降低施工风险、加快施工进度,探索并解决砂化白云岩突泥涌砂注浆加固质量,依托西南山区某隧洞工程,开展了砂化白云岩突泥涌砂管束注浆质量控制研究,成功解决了传统后退式分段注浆质量控制不理想、耗时长的问题。 Sandification of dolomite is an unfavorable geological phenomenon.Sandy dolomite has the characteristics of brittleness and fine particle size.In constructing tunnel chambers in the interlayer of sandy dolomite and mudstone affected by groundwater in the vicinity of faults,fault-affected zones or contact zones,there is an excellent probability of mud gushing and sand gushing.In order to reduce the construction risk and speed up the construction progress,and explore and solve the grouting reinforcement quality of the mud and sand gushing in sandy dolomite,relying on a tunnel project in the southwest mountainous area,the research on the mud and sand gushing pipe bundle grouting quality of the sandy dolomite was successfully carried out.It solves the unsatisfactory quality control and long time-consuming problem of traditional backward segmented grouting.
