摘要
本文设计合成了系列含有不同疏水尾链长度和间隔基长度的酯基型双子季铵盐QAS(n+m),n和m分别表示间隔基长度和疏水尾链长度。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(;H-NMR)和质谱(MS)对产物结构进行了鉴定。并借助于电导率法和微量肉汤稀释法分别研究了其表面活性和抑菌活性。结果表明:增加疏水尾链和间隔基的长度可提高QAS(n+m)的表面活性;QAS(n+m)对革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)和革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)均表现出较强的抑菌活性,且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性强于大肠杆菌。
In this study, a series of ester-bonded gemini quaternary ammonium salts QAS(n+m) with different hydrophobic tail chain lengths and spacer lengths were synthesized, in which n and m denotes the spacer lengths and hydrophobic tail lengths, respectively. Their structure was identified by FT-IR, ~1H-NMR and MS. In addition, the surface activity and antibacterial activity of QAS(n+m) was investigated by conductometry measurement and broth dilution method, respectively. Results show that increasing the hydrophobic tail chain lengths and spacer lengths can lead to the enhanced surface activity. The as-prepared QAS(n+m) demonstrate good antibacterial activity, with a stronger bactericidal effect against S. aureus than E. coli.
