摘要
皮肤作为保护机体的第一道防线,常常因物理、化学、生物等因素而受到不同程度的破坏。大面积的皮肤损伤,往往伴随着感染、瘢痕等,甚至引起截肢和死亡。如何更好地修复较大面积及较重的皮肤破坏,恢复其生物学功能,减少瘢痕形成,降低感染风险,是当今研究的热点问题之一。丝素蛋白是一种天然聚合物,广泛存在于自然界中,具有价格低、易获取、可降解性、低毒性的优点。使用丝素蛋白创面敷料不仅可以为皮肤创面提供良好的保护,而且可以通过负载多种药物、生长因子等,发挥预防创面感染、促进创面愈合的功能。文章简要描述了丝素蛋白的组成结构、生物学特性以及其在创面敷料领域的研究进展。
The skin was the first line of defense to protect the body,which was generally subject to varying degrees of damage after exposure to physical,chemical,biological and other factors.Subjects with large-area skin injury were commonly accompanied by infection,scar,etc.,and even experiencing the risk of amputation and death.One of the current hot issues was that how to repair large-area and severe skin damage,restore its biological function,reduce scar formation,and eventually decrease the risk of infection.Furthermore,silk fibroin was a natural polymer that existed widely in nature.It had the advantages of low cost,bio-accessibility,degradability and low toxicity.Significantly,the use of SF wound dressing could provide good protection for skin wounds.At the same time,it could be used as a carrier to load a variety of drugs,growth factors,etc.,which was beneficial to prevent wound infection and promote wound healing.In this review,a brief description was carried out focusing on the compositional structure and biological characteristics of SF as well as its research progress in the field of the wound dressing.
