摘要
以超高脱乙酰度壳聚糖(CS)为原料,采用酸法制备了壳寡糖叶面肥(OCS),再以OCS为螯合剂,硫酸亚铁为铁源,制备了壳寡糖螯合铁叶面肥(OCS-Fe),利用单因素和正交试验优化出OCS和OCS-Fe的最佳合成条件。分别使用FTIR、SEM和元素分析对OCS和OCS-Fe的结构和形貌进行表征和观察,并进行小油菜种植试验。结果表明:60℃下反应1.5 h、浓盐酸浓度为9 mol/L、壳寡糖与浓硫酸质量比为1∶1条件下,OCS的收率为70%;温度40℃、反应时间1 h、pH值为5、OCS与硫酸亚铁质量比为3∶1条件下,制备的OCS-Fe螯合率为72.36%。
Using CS as raw material,OCS was prepared by concentrated hydrochloric acid method,then OCS was used as a chelating agent and ferrous sulfate was used as the iron source to prepare OCS-Fe,using single factor and orthogonal experiment to optimize the best synthesis conditions of OCS and OCS-Fe.FTIR,SEM and elemental analysis were used to characterize and observe the structure and morphology of OCS and OCS-Fe,and to conduct small rape planting experiments.The results show that the OCS yield is 70%when optimal reaction conditions for OCS:60℃,1.5 h,c(HCl)=9 mol/L and m(CS)∶m(HCl)=1∶1;40℃,1 h,pH 5,m(OCS)∶m(FeSO;)=3∶1,the chelation rate of OCS-Fe prepared is 72.36%.
