摘要
为了克服拉杆式行李箱在使用过程中暴露出的受力缺陷,具体介绍了两类拥有自主知识产权的新型拉拉箱(侧拉箱和顶拉箱),通过对平面匀速行进和跨越障碍物行进状态下的力学分析与数值模拟,揭示了拉拉箱在受力等方面的优越性,并结合空间利用率及制备工艺等展望了其市场前景和社会价值。结果表明:拉拉箱均采用拉带系统替代传统拉杆箱背面的可伸缩拉杆,使其具备行进平稳轻松、结构简洁、空间利用率高、制备方便、耐用美观和性价比高等特色。
To overcome the mechanical shortcomings during the use of the trolley luggage,two new types of pull luggage(side pull and top pull luggage)with independent intellectual property rights were specifically introduced.Through the mechanical analysis and numerical simulation of the plane traveling at a uniform speed and traveling across obstacles,the force superiority of the pull luggage was revealed,and its market prospects and social value were prospected in combination with space utilization and manufacturing technology.The results show that the pull luggage adopts a drawstring system to replace the retractable trolley on the back of the traditional trolley luggage,so that it is stable and easy to move,has a simple structure and an efficient space utilization rate,and can be convenient to manufacture,durable,attractive and cost-effective.
