随着互联网的飞速发展,电子商务时代随之而来,国内外经济市场愈发复杂多变,此形势在为皮革服装企业提供发展机遇的同时,也带来了各种挑战。为在国内外皮革制品市场中占据有利地位,皮革服装企业可着手优化销售物流系统,以改进服务的方式提高自身市场竞争力。据此,通过对皮革服装企业销售物流系统现状分析,针对性提出了一系列可行的销售物流系统优化设计策略,具体即优化企业经营模式、科学合理规划库存、优化第三方物流系统。
With the rapid development of the Internet, the era of e-commerce has followed, and the economic markets at home and abroad are becoming more and more complex and changeable. This situation not only provides development opportunities for leather garment enterprises, but also brings various challenges. In order to occupy a favorable position in the domestic and foreign leather products market, leather garment enterprises can optimize the sales logistics system and improve their market competitiveness by improving services. Accordingly, through the analysis of the current situation of sales logistics system in leather and garment enterprises, a series of feasible optimization strategies of sales logistics system were proposed including optimizing the enterprise business model, scientific and rational inventory planning and optimizing the third-party logistics system.
