摘要
芝加哥大学Harris公共政策学院构建“招生-培养-就业”三位一体模式提升贫困生就业能力。入学前,该学院启动“Harris助学就业计划”助力贫困生提前体验职场情境;培养中,依托职业型联合学位对学生完成跨学科培养;求职中,始终贯穿持续性就业指导与就业服务,以此实现培养手段、培养时空、培养部门的持续联动。三位一体模式的生成与提升贫困生元认知能力、完善贫困生学科理解力、提升高校就业帮扶技能与增强贫困生自我效能感密切相关,这对完善我国高校贫困生就业能力的提升形成多方面的启示。
The Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago builds a trinity model of"enrollment-training-employment"to improve the employability of poor students.Before enrollment,the college launched the"Harris Education and Employment Program"to help poor students experience the workplace situation in advance.During the training,students will be trained through vocational joint degrees to complete interdisciplinary training.In the job search,continuous employment guidance and employment services are always run through.In this way,the continuous linkage of training methods,training time and space,and training departments can be realized.The formation of the Trinity Model is closely related to improving the metacognitive ability of poor students,improving their disciplinary understanding,improving college employment assistance skills,and enhancing the self-efficacy of poor students.This contributes to improving the employment ability of poor students in my country’s colleges in many ways.
