跨学科引用对知识生长的刺激作用与程度分析——以图书情报学为例

Analysis of the Stimulating Effect and Degree of Interdisciplinary Citation on the Growth of Knowledge:Take LIS as an Example

[目的/意义]探究跨学科引用对知识生长的刺激作用,识别跨学科引用有效促进知识生长的研究主题,对把握跨学科研究规律和方向具有重要意义。[方法/过程]文章从跨学科引用率、跨学科引用多样性、跨学科引用集中度3个方面构建跨学科引用度模型反映跨学科引用程度,构建主题研究热度模型反映知识生长,用相关性分析方法测度跨学科引用刺激知识生长的作用与程度,并以2001—2020年图书情报学前沿和稳定型热点研究主题为例进行实证分析。[结果/结论]跨学科引用对知识生长具有积极作用,并根据跨学科引用与主题研究热度相关性大小将研究主题分为有效、能够、不易促进知识生长3类,提出并验证一种估算刺激程度的方法。[局限]仅以图书情报学为例对模型进行检验,是否适用于其他学科尚待进一步验证。

[Purpose/significance]Exploring the stimulating effect of interdisciplinary citation on knowledge growth,identif-ying the research topic that interdisciplinary citation effectively promoting knowledge growth is of great significance to grasp the law and direction of interdisciplinary research.[Method/process]From the three aspects of citation rate,citation diversity,and cita-tion concentration,an interdisciplinary citation model is constructed.A topic research heat model is constructed to reflect the growth of knowledge.Then the correlation analysis method is used to measure the effect and extent of interdisciplinary citation to stimulate knowledge growth.Taking the frontier and stable research topics of Library and information science from 2001 to 2020 as an example for empirical analysis.[Result/conclusion]We found that interdisciplinary citation has a positive effect on the growth of knowl-edge.According to the degree of relevance of interdisciplinary citation and topic research,we divide the research topics into three categories:effective,capable,and difficult to promote knowledge growth.Finally,propose and verify a method for estimating the degree of stimulation.[Limitations]Only taking library and information science as an example to test the model,whether it is ap-plicable to other disciplines needs to be further verified.
