随着高校毕业生人数逐年增多,就业压力逐渐增大。大力拓展就业新渠道,促进高校毕业生更加充分更高质量就业,显得尤为重要。大学生赴基层就业空间广阔、大有可为,引导高校毕业生到基层就业,不仅能为乡村振兴提供原动力,还能成为青年成长成才的助推器,同时能有效缓解就业压力。当前高校毕业生赴基层就业存在着人数较少、类型集中的问题。立足新发展阶段,高校应着力探索构建涵盖思想引领、文化熏陶、就业指导、实践锤炼、激励保障“五维一体”的工作机制,有力促进高校毕业生赴基层建功立业。

With the increasing number of college graduates year by year,the employment pressure is gradually increasing.It is particularly important to vigorously expand new employment channels and promote more full and high-quality employment of college graduates.College students have broad and promising employment space at the grass-roots level.Guiding college graduates to find employment at the grass-roots level can not only provide the driving force for rural revitalization,but also become a booster for young people to grow up,at the same time,it can relieve employment pressure effectively.At present,there are some problems in the employment of college graduates at the grass-roots level.Based on the new development stage,colleges and universities should strive to explore and build a"five-dimensional integration"working mechanism covering ideological guidance,cultural edification,employment guidance,practice and incentive guarantee,and vigorously guide college graduates to make achievements at the grass-roots level.
