构建“三层一体”体系,推进辅导员与思政课教师协同开展职业指导

Build the"Three Layers as a Whole"System to Promote Counselors and Ideological and Political Teachers to Cooperate to Carry out Vocational Guidance

大学生职业指导是高校育人工作中的一项系统工程,需要协同高校内部多部门、多主体,进而实现资源的有效整合,发挥出高校职业指导工作的整体性功能、综合性效力。通过构建系统(高校)—组织(思政学科)—个体(协同主体)“三层一体”的协同育人框架,激发辅导员与思政课教师协同职业指导动力,在全面把握辅导员与思政课教师协同职业指导实然状态前提下,构建辅导员与思政课教师协同职业指导路径,进而精准施策发力。

College students’vocational guidance education is a systematic project in college education,which needs to cooperate with multiple departments and subjects in universities so as to realize the effective integration of resources and give full play to the overall function and comprehensive effectiveness of vocational guidance.Through constructing analytical framework of three layers as a whole,such as"system(college)——organizations(political education discipline)——individual(Collaborative body)to motivate counselor and ideological and political teachers vocational guidance,coordination with education courses teachers in comprehensive grasp the counselor career guidance reality premise condition,build the counselor with education courses teachers vocational guidance path,thus accurate implementation strategy.
