稳心颗粒联合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Wenxin Granules Combined with Routine Western Medicine for Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察稳心颗粒联合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取112例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组58例与对照组54例。对照组给予肠溶阿司匹林片、硝酸异山梨酯片等常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用稳心颗粒。观察2组临床治疗效果,以及治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、血液流变学指标[血沉(ESR)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)及全血黏度、血浆黏度]水平。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的79.63%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组心绞痛的发作次数、持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组心绞痛的发作次数、持续时间均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),且治疗组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组ESR、Fib、全血黏度、血浆黏度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组ESR、Fib、全血黏度、血浆黏度水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒辅助常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,可减少患者心绞痛发作次数,缩短心绞痛持续时间,改善血液流变学指标。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin granules combined with routine western medicine for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods:A total of 112 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected as the study subjects and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method group,with 58 and 54 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with enteric coated aspirin tablets,isosorbide nitrate tablets and other routine western medicine,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Wenxin granules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects in the two groups were observed. The number and duration of angina pectoris attacks, and levels of hemorheological indexes [erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), fibrinogen(Fib), whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity] before and after treatment were observed. Results:The total clinical effect was 93.10% in the treatment group,higher than that of 79.63% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the number and duration of angina pectoris attacks between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,number and duration of angina pectoris attacks in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the number in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group,and the duration was shorter(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of ESR,Fib, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, levels of ESR, Fib,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wenxin granules combined with routine western medicine has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, which can reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks, and improve hemorheological indexes.
