解郁益智汤治疗肝郁脾虚型阿尔茨海默病临床研究

Clinical Study on Jieyu Yizhi Tang for Alzheimer Disease of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的:观察解郁益智汤治疗肝郁脾虚型阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:将100例阿尔茨海默病患者随机分为2组各50例。对照组予口服盐酸多奈哌齐片,观察组予口服解郁益智汤。疗程结束后对2组中医症状积分、简易智力状态检查(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、临床疗效及不良反应的发生率进行比较分析,评价解郁益智汤治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果及其安全性。结果:治疗后,2组ADL、MMSE、中医症状评分较治疗前均有改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ADL、中医症状评分改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组MMSE评分改善情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组ADL、中医症状评分总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组MMSE评分总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组不良反应的发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解郁益智汤能改善肝郁脾虚型阿尔茨海默病患者日常生活能力和中医症状,临床疗效优于盐酸多奈哌齐片,同时具有不良反应少、安全性高的优点。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Jieyu Yizhi tang for Alzheimer disease of liver depression and spleen deficiency type. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with Alzheimer disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given the oral administration of donepezil hydrochloride,and the observation group was given the oral administration of Jieyu Yizhi tang. After treatment,Chinese medicine symptom scores,MMSE scale scores,Activities of Daily Living(ADL) scores,clinical effects and incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed to evaluate the effect and safety of Jieyu Yizhi tang for Alzheimer disease. Results:After treatment, the scores of ADL, MMSE and Chinese medicine symptom scale in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05). The improvement of the scores of ADL and Chinese medicine symptom scale in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the difference being significant;there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05). The total effective rate of ADL and Chinese medicine symptom scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the total effective rates of MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jieyu Yizhi tang can improve the activities of daily living and Chinese medicine symptoms of patients with Alzheimer disease of liver depression and spleen deficiency type. Its clinical effect is superior to donepezil hydrochloride tablets, with the advantages of less toxicity and higher safety.
