仙灵骨葆胶囊辅助手术治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死临床研究

Clinical Study on Xianling Gubao Capsules Assisted Surgery for Non-Traumatic Femoral Head Necrosis

目的:观察仙灵骨葆胶囊辅助手术治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:选取92例非创伤性股骨头坏死患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组给予头颈开窗复合植骨术治疗,术后给予常规药物治疗。观察组在对照组基础上于术后第2天开始口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,连续服药1年。比较2组Harris评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:术后1年,2组疼痛程度、关节畸形、关节活动范围、关节功能评分及总分均较术前升高(P<0.05),观察组疼痛程度、关节畸形、关节活动范围、关节功能评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1年,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率6.52%,对照组不良反应发生率10.87%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊辅助手术治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死,可提升患者的术后康复速度,且安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xianling Gubao capsules assisted surgery on non-traumatic femoral head necrosis. Methods:A total of 92 patients with non-traumatic femoral head necrosis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given bone grafting through fenestration at head and neck fenestration for treatment and after surgery treated with routine medicine. The observation group was orally treated with Xianling Gubao capsules on the second day after surgery based on the treatment of the control group,and the medication lasted for one year. The Harris scores,clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:One year after surgery,the scores of pain degree,joint deformity,range of joint motion,joint function and the total scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before surgery(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). One year after surgery,the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.52% in the observation group and10.87% in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Xianling Gubao capsules assisted surgery for non-traumatic femoral head necrosis can improve the speed of postoperative rehabilitation with great safety.
