孟河医派马培之辨治痿证学术特色浅析

Brief Analysis of Academic Characteristics of MA Peizhi of Menghe Medical School in Distinguishing and Treating Atrophy Syndrome

通过整理《孟河四家医集》中马培之治疗痿证的医案,经分析医案病机,以药测证的方式,对马培之治疗痿证的学术特色进行分析。马培之认为,痿证病位乃筋、骨、肉三者,病机总由气血阴阳失衡,其治痿特色如下:一则补虚为要,兼和气血;二则和营理气,退邪杜疴;三则清补同施,随证治阳明。

By sorting out the medical records of MA Peizhi’s treatment of atrophy syndrome in Menghe Sijia Yiji and analyzing the pathogenesis of the medical records,the academic characteristics of MA Peizhi were analyzed by means of determining the syndrome through herbs.MA believed that the disease location of atrophy syndrome was muscle,bone and flesh,and the pathogenesis was mainly the imbalance of qi,blood,yin and yang.His treatment for atrophy syndrome featured as follows:Frist,to supplement deficiency as main treatment and to harmonize qi and blood;Second,to harmonize nutrient qi and regulate qi and to dispel pathogen to prevent disease;Third,to apply both clearing and supplementing and treat yangming according to different syndromes.
