摘要
结合平顶山矿区薄煤层采面实际情况,在分析制约薄煤层智能开采因素的基础上,对薄煤层开采智能综采设备的型号选择方案进行优化,对采面生产系统的智能控制及性能进行改良,实现了薄煤层条件的综合机械化智能开采,有效地降低了岗位人员的劳动强度,改善了工作环境,提高了生产效率。
Combined with the actual situation of thin coal seam mining face in Pingdingshan mining area,on the basis of analyzing the factors restricting thin coal seam intelligent mining,the type selection scheme of intelligent fully mechanized mining equipment for thin coal seam mining is optimized,the intelligent control and performance of mining face production system are improved,the comprehensive mechanized intelligent mining of thin coal seam conditions is realized,the labor intensity of post personnel is effectively reduced,the working environment and the production efficiency are improved,and the effect is remarkable.
