摘要
为了研究薄煤层半煤岩回采巷道的合理支护方式,保证矿井的安全高效生产,以寺河煤矿二号井94316工作面回采巷道为研究对象,研究了薄煤层半煤岩回采巷道的围岩变形及支护机理。利用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件分析了不同锚杆间排距下的巷道围岩变形控制效果,结合现场实际确定出合理的支护方案为“锚杆+金属网+工字钢”的联合支护技术。现场试验结果表明,该方案可以有效控制围岩变形,保证巷道的稳定性。
In order to study the reasonable support mode of semi-coal rock mining roadway in thin coal seam and ensure the safe and efficient production of mine,taking the mining roadway of the 94316 working face in the No.2 Well of Sihe Coal Mine as the research object,the surrounding rock deformation and support mechanism of semi-coal rock mining roadway in thin coal seam are studied.The deformation control effect of roadway surrounding rock under different bolt spacing is analyzed by using FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation software,and the reasonable support scheme is determined as"bolt+metal mesh+I-steel"combined support technology.The field test results show that the scheme can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation and ensure the stability of the roadway.
